Our Co-Creators
Woven through Toolkit for Turbulence are quotes, stories and advice from experienced leaders about how they and their teams navigated the pathway from disruption, through adaptation to advantage.
These are our co-creators and ‘advantage leaders’, because each can lay claim to having guided their team successfully along the Pathway (from disruption to advantage). The varieties of turbulence they navigated helped shape the richness of their tools. We specifically sought out these leaders because they are exceptional people, and they represent a diverse spread of sectors and therefore experiences of turbulence.
